After signing up, you'll be able to share your video url with us each week in your PenguinClip account, simply by pasting your YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or other public video link into the long form video field. Alternatively we can automatically retrieve your latest video from your channel. We'll handle everything from that point, and your clips will be returned to you within your agreed delivery window.
No, PenguinClip is a done-for-you service run by real editors. AI clipping apps give you a batch of rough candidate clips, then you choose the good ones, fix bad cuts and captions, add your branding, export and upload. We do all of that for you. An editor watches your video, picks the clips worth posting and trims each clip to a clean start and end, proofreads the captions, applies your logo, colours and fonts, and reviews the whole batch before it goes into your Google Drive, Dropbox or Box.
Every clip receives a 0–100 score based on factors including hook strength, pacing, emotional tone, and trend alignment with the target platform. The score is calculated by software. Clips scoring 80+ are flagged as priority posts. This helps you schedule your best content confidently rather than guessing.
Clips are delivered within 2 to 3 business days of your video submission each week, on all plans. Business plan subscribers get priority processing — your videos go to the front of the queue and are first out the door. You'll receive a notification email the moment your clips land in your Drive, Dropbox or Box.
Yes — no contracts, no notice period. Cancel any time from your account dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your clips remain in your Drive, Dropbox or Box folder permanently, so you keep everything you've received even after cancelling.
We accept direct video links to YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, or any publicly accessible URLs. Alternatively we also accept publicly accessible channel links, where we automatically retrieve your latest video.
