Everything you need to know about how PenguinClip works, what's included, and what to expect when you sign up.

Getting Started

You submit one long-form video per week — a podcast episode, webinar, YouTube video, or any recording up to 60 minutes. Our team clips, captions, scores and delivers 5–10 polished vertical clips straight to your Google Drive, Dropbox or Box, usually within 2 to 3 business days.

After signing up, you'll be able to share your video with us each week — simply paste a YouTube/Vimeo link in your PenguinClip account. -We'll handle everything from that point, and your clips will be returned to you within your agreed delivery window.

We accept YouTube, Vimeo and Loom URLs. Just paste the direct link to your video when you submit it each week — we don't currently accept file uploads or shared Google Drive / Dropbox folders for input.

We accept videos up to 60 minutes per submission. On the Business plan, you can submit 2 videos per week — each up to 60 minutes long.

No. Once you submit your video, our team handles everything — identifying the best moments, clipping, formatting, adding captions and title overlays, assigning viral scores, and delivering the finished clips to your Google Drive, Dropbox or Box. You just open the folder and post.

Clips & Delivery

Every clip receives a 0–100 score based on factors including hook strength, pacing, emotional tone, and trend alignment with the target platform. Clips scoring 80+ are flagged as priority posts. This helps you schedule your best content confidently rather than guessing.

Clips are delivered within 5 business days of your video submission each week. Business plan subscribers receive priority processing with a 3-business-day turnaround. You'll receive a notification email the moment your clips land in your Drive, Dropbox or Box.

All clips are delivered in 9:16 vertical format — the standard for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. They are fully formatted, labelled by clip number, and include captions and title overlays baked in. No reformatting needed on your end.

Clips are delivered directly to your Google Drive, Dropbox or Box — whichever you prefer. You specify your preference when you sign up. There's no additional dashboard to log into, and your clips stay in the folder permanently even if you cancel your subscription.

Yes. If a clip doesn't meet your expectations or needs adjustments, submit a revision form in your PenguinClip account and we'll revise it. We're committed to delivering clips you're genuinely happy to post — that's why we also back everything with our 7-day money-back guarantee on your first delivery.

Yes. If you need more than 2 videos per week, higher clip volumes, or a bespoke workflow, get in touch and we'll build a plan around your requirements.

Clipping is the new content multiplier.

Your long-form podcasts, livestreams, and YouTube uploads become 12, 24, or up to 40 scroll-stopping short videos every month — engineered for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and built to compound your reach while you sleep.

Todays clipping isn't editing. It's the distribution strategy your competitors are already using to dominate the feed.
